Dizolve Donates 1.2 Million Loads of Laundry Sheets to Feed New Brunswick and Feed Nova Scotia
Dizolve, the inventor and first North American manufacturer of dissolvable laundry and cleaning sheets, proudly donates 1.2 million loads of laundry detergent sheets to families in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia through Feed New Brunswick and Feed Nova Scotia. The contribution is equivalent to approximately 40,000 bottles of liquid detergent and helps households facing financial pressure to cover a basic need.
Feed New Brunswick supports over 60 food banks and community kitchens across the province. Many of these organizations have seen sharp rises in demand, with some serving thousands of people every month.
Feed Nova Scotia coordinates a network of 140 food banks, meal programs, and community agencies. Through its distribution role, Feed Nova Scotia channels millions of kilograms of food annually to its partners. The scale of these operations highlights how critical every type of contribution is in meeting growing needs.
“Families experiencing food insecurity carry many hidden costs, such as cleaning supplies and laundry needs. Every bit of relief makes a difference.” says Mark Leblanc of Food Banks Canada, which facilitated the donation.
Chris Ingersoll, President of Dizolve Group Corporation, says the company views the donation as part of its role in supporting communities. “What’s on the plate matters but so do everyday needs like clean clothes. By providing laundry sheets, we hope to ease one of the daily pressures families face and show support for the communities we are part of.”
Dizolve continues to support programs across Atlantic Canada, contributing where it can to help families manage not just food insecurity but the everyday essentials that go with it. As Dizolve continues to grow and innovate, the company remains dedicated to creating meaningful impact beyond its core products.
